A calm and friendly place to spend time with your loved ones

It was certainly a pleasant experience staying at dalaan resort completely upto the expectations. Room service and front desk support were very cooperative and responsive. Quality of food was also upto marks although quality is very subjective and it depends on individuals preferences. Overall i would rate the resort 8 out of 10 . And will surely visit again 😊

Very good and comfortable business stay ! the portable room heaters on request was a luxury in such harsh cold conditions! food was good, but should think of half plate option for single travellers, else food is bound to get waste

Manchow soup in daalaan in very attractive decorated room

Location is of course very nice to stay in calm environment feeling like very away from harsh loud environment, I enjoyed manchow 🍲 soup , very tasty it increased my nd my family interest food is also of good quality but it is little bit costly. Room amenities and services are excellent very nice decorated room bring charming effect on face. I decided to visit here again and again for manchow soup very cool stay

12 km away from city centre. Electricity cut is common. You have to complain for this once. Food is good but morning breakfast just ok. You have own car enormous time then you go for dalaan.

Poor maintenance

It’s a good property but maintenance staff is very poor, as soon as i checked in room was smelling, i asked hotel staff and he said that he will bring room freshener but nobody came. Tv and ac remote not working when i asked reception they ignored. Food is just okay, i booked room with free breakfast and while check in they said that buffet will be served but no buffet was served and they had limited items in breakfast.
