It was a very very good and feecfull stay tha behavior of staaf of this hotel was very polite and food test was also very good

Worst ever service experience. The staff is rude while we had to wait for almost 30 mins at the buffet to be served. The staff was not attending us at all. Despite we were the only family in the hall. The staff at reception constantly asked us to contact a different person whenever we tried to confront them. The restaurant asked us to contact the reception while its vice versa from there end.

Hotel staff behaviour and responsiveness are very appreciable. Entire stay was very comfortable and food quality was also good. I will prefer to stay next time also in my next visits. Thanks

After booking I raise the request for change of primary name but no revert from your side, next day when I call no proper response by your team try said we can check after 6 pm but after 6 pm same response & next day again that they are unable to resolve the issue , finally I my self sorted out the issue out of India with hotel team , so really it’s a terrible experience this time

The ambience of the hotel and location are very nice. Staff are very polite rooms and wash rooms are clean and very good food was excellent. Breakfast was great. Particularly, poha, though i don't like eating, was very good. All items are very good. Rotis, biryani, curries, every item was good. The rating of 3. 9 is very low, for the standards maintained by the hotel. No complaints

Putting 5 excellent trip. New facility. Good infra-red. Staff friendly and professional. New staff at all levels need training to address their different tasks. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Food is excellent, hotel's location is also good, very kind and polite staff, room looks very good, the only concern about noise transparency, i can clearly hear talking and other noise of both sides neighbor rooms. Overall very good experience of hospitality.

We had a good stay at city aquare hotel to describe staff excellent and courtoeus. Housekeeping staff work is excellent. Breakfast improved a lot. Resturant and staff therein nice and courteous. The rating i gave as good instead of excellent is that a fine led tv provided in the room is show peice only to explain probabally they have no cable connection from any company and run tv on you tube having content relating to you tube only. Live tv chhannels are no where otherwise pleasent stay(send a copy of my reveiw to hotel athourties and convey my thanks to staff there in.

Worst hotel, please don't waste your money. They will ask for a high amount while checking out. They will give you a heart attack while checking out.

Excellent stay at city square, deoghar. Staff was very cooperative. Rooms were good.

Hotel is good. Staff is very coprative and helpful. Room is hygiene and hotel location is prime location.

The room was nice and well decorated. However, it was smelling terribly of cigarettes. The geyser was not operational. Only one towel was provided for two person staying in the room.

The stay was average. My parents were traveling and felt really cold in night as blankets were thin. They refused to give extra blankets to them. The food was also average and full of extra spice.

Very clean rooms. Hygienic. Good spacious rooms. Absolutely new and pleasing to the eye. As good as you can expect in deoghar. If they are able to maintain the standard, will soon be recognized as deoghrar's best only one feedback. They have spent lot of money in installing a centralised and room geyser. But there is some plumbing connection issue and full hot water doesn't come in shower and bathing tap. It's manageable but it can be better sin e everything is already installed.

Room not available. Hotel already sold hotel room for a very long time then they provide other room for new hotel. Cheating

Location is close to attraction of deoghar, that is baidhyanath dham, food is good, staff is courteous, amenities and services are excellent, cleaning housekeeping, are also excellent, but for entertainment only youtube and hotstar were available.
