hotel room service is very slow and unresponsive, we had stayed there for 3 days and as per booking rules outside food delivery was available but hotel staff simply denied that and we had to go down stairs everytime food was ordered and hotel manager is also not professional as they prioritize people who have booked for marriage hall and not give any Attention to hotel room staying customers , please don't stay if your stay is not for marriage hall or reception

Average stay. Wont recommend for long stay.

Food was average. Lack of variety in food. Customer service is extremely slow and they are very laid back. Room doesn't have dental kit. For room 506 they had joined two single bed as one whereas we had booked a king size room. It's not worth the price we paid.

This is not a place for you if you look for a comfort that compliment your visit to a place like Jodhpur for tourism. This is a place for those looking for a decent hotel instead of a lodge at an affordable price. Room size is ok for 2 people, humble staff but not so good amenities, a limited but decent breakfast. And an indifferent front desk who would just watch as you struggle with your luggeges. Pro- a workable breakfast; polite house keeping staff. Cons- Indifferent front desk staff; soft untreated water that would make bTh time more; No support staff to help with luggage.

Disappointed with the hotel service and breakfast

The rooms were extremely bad. The showerhead of the washroom was not working and the buffet breakfast was equally bad, but the breakfast option was limited and the food quality was not up to the mark. The location of the hotel is far away from the city Centre and there are no nearby shops. The hotel taking advantage of peace is charging the guests three times for 1 L of water bottle. This is extremely unexpectable. The service is equally bad.

everything is average as per the price but the main thing food is terrible I ordered a veg biryani and they serve a boiled rice with some vegetables it tastes like nothing no spices nothing when I call to the restaurant and complaint about it they changed my dish but put excess of red chilli that much u can't take a bite I want to complain about food please don't order food from restaurant
