Rooms are very clean staff are so polite bathrooms very clean foods in there food court very tasty

The staff were Great and very helpful, Rooms were all spacious and impeccably maintained. All amenities easily accessible also.

Stay was very good but breakfast was simple not continental, I prefer need to improve breakfast items

worst! I had booked a stay for my family at your hotel, hoping for a decent experience — Post check-out, your staff decided to accuse my guest of stealing a towel (yes, a towel — not a gold bar, just to clarify). Thankfully, he’s a thorough professional and had the foresight to take a photo of the room — which, unsurprisingly, showed all three towels exactly where they should be. Now here’s the plot twist: not only did your team fail to apologise after being proven wrong, but they also acted like accusing guests without evidence is part of the standard checkout process. Impressive. And just so we’re clear — the towel in question? It was of such stellar quality that even a roadside tea stall would think twice before using it as a floor rag. So the idea that someone would want to steal it is not only insulting — it’s laughable. If this is how your team treats guests, I genuinely worry for anyone staying there without photographic proof of their innocence. Pro tip: train your staff to check before they accuse, and maybe — just maybe apologise when they’re clearly wrong. Until then, rest assured I’ll be recommending your hotel to absolutely no one!

rooms are really nice staff behaviour also good but some sort of problems in vehicle parking space for parking is very less

good place to stay, excellent service

Perfect experience. Excellent staff and good rooms. The food courts are up late till 1 AM. Ideal for visit to Vadakkumnathan temple which is a walk away.

newly remodified rooms and hotel with food court having 10 or more food outlets. excellent room service and neat and tidy rooms with ample space.

room .no proper windows..feels like we are in a box....inferior with low quality material used in interior.....bathroom towel not clean..bed sheet low quality...bathroom exhaust very noisy... food..breakfast overpriced..no restaurants...a small veg counter for very limited breakfast...bad service...staffs are very low profile..inexperienced... in total. a 2 star hotel with 4 star pricing..

It was good but if you add few more things it would have been perfect. Though it is renovated there are few holes on the wall. Sound pollution caused by renovation works was a disturbance in daytime.

Rooms were good, but there was constant smell of food coming from the eateries nearby into the rooms.

Neat & clean spacious room. No soap kept in wash room only shower gel dispenser & it is not working properly. Bathroom also neat & clean
