Poorly managed good property. Although the food is reasonably good, choice is limited because the property has only one restaurant. Other than few people, we found most other employees to burdened to smile. Being fair, everything you ask gets done, but the employees do not give the feeling that they enjoyed helping the guest. Surprisingly, one has to pay ₹500 for each ice bucket.

Food: we had lunch there and buffet breakfast. Breakfast was good with many options. Lunch was ordered ala carte obviously. Food was ok, what I loved was KATHI ROLL , it was pretty good But very spicy Hospitality: it was a hit or miss.

Overall experience is not upto my expectations this property need renovation in the room as wooden flooring is broken in most of the areas and toilet also need renovation , the staff on the front desk is rude in my opinion I will never think of visiting again in future

Great property and awesome food! The staff overall is nice and friendly. The staff managing the checkin could do better by being a bit more courteous and empathetic. That said, the ambience remains great, the food is awesome and the GM and Chef made us feel at home. One of the better foods I’ve eaten in that part of the country..

Stayed at Ananta Resort & Spa, Pushkar for 3 nights/4 days and the experience was very disappointing for a property claiming to be 5-star. The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming — no welcome drinks, no guidance, just handed over the key and left us to figure things out. The buggy service was barely offered, even when staff saw guests walking long distances. Our geyser didn’t work for almost two days despite repeated follow-ups, and only got fixed after escalation. Wi-Fi in the tents was another hassle — a strange coupon system where you constantly need new codes, unlike cottages that have simple login. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the management and staff lack basic hospitality and guest care. For the price charged, the experience was not worth it. Needs serious improvement in service and staff etiquette.

Our buggy service operates across the resort throughout the day, and our team remains readily available on request. The concern regarding the geyser was immediately escalated and rectified, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused during that time. The Wi-Fi system in our luxury tents follows a secure login protocol unique to each guest segment, which occasionally requires renewal for enhanced data protection. At Ananta, guest satisfaction remains our foremost priority, and we continuously strive to enhance our services through ongoing training and monitoring. Poor Stay

Pretty average hospitality considering the prices we paid for our stay. We booked cottage with jacuzzi at around 20K for one night, lights of jacuzzi was not functioning, on complaint they said this will take time and you need to manage with this only. Flush buttons were old and falling down from wall. At the time of checkout, their guy literally pulled of the power key when my family was inside the room. Too expensive food. A single cup of tea costed us Rs 558 that too after 20% discount. Only plus was their breakfast which was good. Otherwise nothing special for the premium they charge for food or stay. There are ample alternatives available in Pushkar better than this resort. Better to avoid !!
