They charged 5000 security deposit, they have rules for everything, can't even eat in the room.

Excellent location, clean property and homely food in natures nest. Issue is only jio network is supported though it has wifi online transactions gets restricted since the sim gets untraced so i suggest please carry cash and call the care taker prior checking in. Also the food is bit costly.

Room was too small. Not as per the pictures. You are expected to inform the pantry at least 2-3 hours in advance if you intend to have food. I was rudely told by the room service that i won't get any food since the time to order was over (at about 2 pm. If checkin is at 1 pm the guest would at least need to freshen up before ordering any food! to add to it, there was a big group of guests staying there. They were being served food beyond 4 pm as per their orders. Another major issue was power cut. Inverter backup only lasted for about an hour. After which there was no power for few hours. They don't have gensets! one more point. Although i had paid the entire amount in advance, i was asked to pay security deposit of 3500 in cash (without any receipt) during checkin. It seems it was to cover any damage i might cause. overall it was a pathetic experience!

Good place for rest and away from the city noise. I have visited river ranch with my family and enjoyed stayed. Scenic place, close to natural environment. Excellent food, excellent support staff. House are very neat and clear, surrounding is peaceful, quiet location. If you want to take some time off from the work and hectic life.

Do not waste your precious time and money. You'll get disturbed after getting experience at so called villa. River ranch is the worst place to spend your time with your loved ones. The manager/owner is rude to talk. The staff are wild and uneducated, they don't know the hospitality. They dont have meal variety, they treat us as prisoner you have to eat this and that. Thats it. If you ask for an option outside. They will not allow you to go at 9pm you have to starve your body. Utter behaviours from the staff. The place is insecure for couple, don't waste your time. What you pay for, you will not get that satisfaction.

The stay was good. Host mr. Bharat is very warm. Would like to see improvement regarding approach road to property and options for food. Bathrooms are also very small.

Advantages: good food. Excellent support staff. Quiet location. Ideal for weekends. Scenic sahyadris nearby ( malshej ghat. Clean and well constructed cabins. Lots of activities. Disadvantages : pricey. ( may be our stay was on crowded weekend.

Sit back and read a book on the hammock, or enjoy a whisky by the river aide table or play some games the ranch has two chalets - one that faces a river stream and one that faces a small pond inside the property. These chalets are clean and comfy. The river facing chalet gives u an unparalleled view of open fields, river and beautiful sunset. The chalet has a tv and indoor games - cards, board games and jenga there is a pool in the property to soak in and an adjacent basketball/ badminton court. Heard that there will be cycles here soon. You can also take a walk to explore the vegetable and flower fields the staff is courteous and receptive and will help you with all your requests food- food is one of the best things here, specially the menu items. You can also ask the chef to make something to your preference. Most vegetables and fruits are grown in the ranch itself! recommend it!
