The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is on the main road but right now construction is going on the road so bit inconvenience. Underground parking is also available. Great rooms, great service. central location between highway & valsad station

breakfast was arranged from out side in packet, bathing towel was not available for all guests and hotel provided nepkins

Its basically in asso with banquet hall having few rooms of diff categories. Rooms are good size ( suit room) but food etc everything outsourced with limited items.

Spacious and clean rooms. Good staff and services. Everything is reachable. One of best in valsad

Who is makemytrip? air conditioned room was fine, breakfast was very indian. (coffee weak & milkey)

Rooms are quite large and good service given by staff and business point of view it is quite near to station and near to business hub, even though sugar and spice veg hotel is also on ground floor

It was dirty. Bathroom had stains all over. The toilet was yellow. The room walls had vomit stains in multiple places. The dustbin was never cleaned. The bed had dirty pillows. All the sofas were dirty. Pathetic hotel.

The stay is average. There is no option in valsad so u don't have a choice to stay. Only advantage is that the sugar spice restaurant is there on the ground floor. So you get food easily

Very bed experience, no phones where working, room was not properly cleaned, no milk pouches was there, reception seat was always blank, always have to move out for each n every thing and we have to find where all gone, breakfast as they where charging was totally bakwas.

Complimentary food was given but 1 person only order 1 dish of food from menu and that too limited. Tea also was served with insect in it. Staff attitude also too annoying. Not at all customer friendly

I am going this hotel but this hotel staff asking you are not stay hearer because you are not marry i am also engagement. This hotel chek in time is 2 pm and hotel cancelation time is 2pm same becase i am not cancel my booking and this hotel was not refund my booking very bed experience this hotel

This is actually in a mall as part of a marriage banquet. Was fully empty on the day we checked in. Nice large rooms but cleanliness was an issue. The staff was helpful though. Obviously we were offered al cart e bkf with very limited choice
