As informed with your customer care team - there is no such hotel by name ravi lodge in bhadrachalam now. It was fake. When we contacted the hotel contact number mebtioned in your booking confirmationdetails, we were told that ravi lodge was closed 3 years back. Over all it has caused a lot of inconvenience to my family and a terrible experience from make my trip team. Hopping to get back the refund amount at the earliest
