I have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was a disaster. The check-in process was painfully slow, with an uninterested staff member who barely acknowledged my presence. No warm welcome, no basic courtesy—just a tired, uninterested glare. The room? A complete horror. Stained sheets, a musty smell, and a barely functioning air conditioner. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the corners, broken fixtures, and a leaking faucet that dripped all night long. The towels provided looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were just refolded and reused. Service? Nonexistent. Calls to reception went unanswered, and when I finally tracked someone down, they acted as if I was bothering them. I asked for a fresh towel and was told, “We don’t have extras.” Housekeeping never showed up, and when I requested basic toiletries, I was met with a shrug. The so-called restaurant was another disaster. The food was overpriced, bland, and served cold. I saw multiple guests complaining, but the staff couldn’t have cared less. The breakfast buffet was a joke—stale bread, watery coffee, and a questionable-looking fruit platter. To top it all off, the noise level was unbearable. Paper-thin walls meant I could hear every conversation, argument, and movement from the neighboring rooms. Sleep? Impossible. I couldn’t check out fast enough. No apologies, no interest in feedback—just a miserable experience from start to finish.

Best room & Best bathroom restaurant and parking and all our best I like this Hotel

All is good, and good discounts . But TV setup box not recharged so TV not working ,other are good .

Mannersless people they don’t know how to treat with others pathetic service don’t recommend plz don’t go at any cost

room service is so bad … they don’t know how to treat… bad food also washroom condition was not good.

It was quite place and easy ask for any help needed and they also co-operated for early check-in thank you for this service

Washbasin was not proper not clean and leakages at several places. Restaurant is too slow that is when only my family was waiting in restaurant.

Flush is not working, restaurant facilities not available, no wifi available, no room service for food.

As i have visited the hotel and stayed at there one night, from my opinion pro's- first of all hotel is having good ambience, rooms are comfortable good and clean room cons- room service is so pathetic there is no proper management in hotel restaurant of hotel found almost dirty no proper food service or response as per my stay experience i would like to say that it require improvement very much.

Ujjain has limited resorts but unless u just need just a good room with bed, you can choose this place. Decent & clean room however it has pathetic service. We had placed order for food post the long drive from mumbai, called after a while to check, they simply said kitchen is closed; complained to manager & then they took order: we called again to check & they said they cannot provide the items we ordered- we were so hungry finally settled for dal kichdi; it’s ridiculous they couldn’t even call back to say they cannot provide; basic amenities like air con wasn’t working, no hot water nor were any toiletries provided. If you pay 8k you expect basic services but this was the worst ever

Food & service was pathetic, would not recommend

It's very costly but comfortable very poor. That's why i don't liked it. Yes service also very bad.

Property is new but very poorly managed. Services very poor. Room was not equipped before check-in. When asked to supply. Took too much time to deliver. Intercom and kettle not working. Local transport to and fro to city not easily available.

there is no free drinking water in this hotel. no RO plant available in this between staff, there is no coordination. many small things are lacking and receptionist didn't give setisfactory answers.

My experience is really great, i was travel-ling with family at ujjain, this hotel is 8km from temple but roads are good so hardly its 10min from temple, property is on highway so very convenient to reach, new property so very well maintained and clean with 5 star like interior. Manager is supportive thanks to k girish ji for your service and help. I would recommend this hotel to all and will prefer in future.
