The hotel rs v is walking distance from subhash chowk and you can also walk to hotel to gandhi chowk. View was very good from hotel balconies and terrace. Staff were very good.

How can i change date of check in and check out. ?

stay was good but hotal location was far from market. room service is good. room condition is good. reception point is average because no one was there two times. so all was good. we have stay well. washroom are clean and e. entry point is good and parking space is very well. all are fine. we have safe and good two nights stay in this stay.

They don't provide third bed despite three people's bookings. And unhygienic bathroom.

Hotel 600m from subhash chowk and second thing you have to stair down, but views are great. Rooms are spacious, over all very good hotel.

Food is excellent, room service is great and the view is very good.

Location is also good but suitable if visiting with your own vehicle

The hotel is just above average. The staff is co-oprative but Mr. Sharma the manager speaks too much. Food is very costly as compaired to the local resturants like the Sher e Punjab in Subhas chowk. If you are paying the taxes ask for a genuine tax bill.

This hotel is great value for money and the staff is extremely courteous. The hotel is at a reasonable distance from the hustle & bustle of the city and offers excellent view of Ranjeet Sagar Lake. Hotel Manager was extremely discourteous and behaved rudely at the time of check-in.

Hotel staff is very courteous - but it seems the hotel is not adequately staffed to handle peak season rush. Many a times, we had to remind them 2-3 times for simple requests like providing water. The hotel location is a bit challenging for elderly. The quality of food served is sub-standard / unhygienic. The Hotel Manager is very rude. The rooms are very spacious and adequately furnished. The view from the rooms facing the Ranjeet Sagar Lake is excellent.

Very poor hotel. In so much cold they dont have heavy blankets

The hotel is just good enough.

Too expensive for the overall quality experience. for eg: broken shower, dirty tub, broken flush on pot. not a very good bath room in luxary rooms but very friendly staff.

Water problem, service very slow, no good responce
