Couldn’t stay as there is no vacancy they allotted someone else inspite of our advance payment we had no option that time its terrible

Upon arrival, we encountered initial hiccups as the manager was unavailable to provide directions, and to our dismay, the property's location deviated 3 km from the advertised spot on mmt. Upon reaching the property, we faced further hurdles as the manager claimed ignorance of our booking and mmt's lack of verification, leading to a denied check-in. Following a complaint to mm t support, we were finally accommodated, albeit in a room drastically different from what was portrayed on the app, featuring unconventional sleeping arrangements and a lack of basic amenities like blankets, despite requests.
