Property is good, rooms are good, even prices are good no lunch and dinner facilities, you have to arrange by self. Location of property is about 800mtrs away from the beach but it can be manageable. Property has very good area to hang out. Owner is very polite. If you visit the shrivardhan beach and budget are tight for room rent you can definitely visit this property. For the food you can reach nearby you can found the restaurant name sunrise it has chinese, punjabi nad fish food.

We travel-led as a group of 2 families with 4 adults and 3 kids. It was very good experience. Host was very good and proactive. Our room was ready before we reached there. It was clean and neat. The surrounding was so serene and beautiful. There was a swing where kids enjoyed playing. Rooms were big and beds were xl size. It was an awesome experience. Would love to stay again.

Nice and peaceful hotel. The owner is very helpful. There are a lot of good restaurants near by (but it's better to call before for lunch)

Did not expect too much as for a home stay, but this was even below my low expectations. The rooms were clean, but the toilet had cockroaches. The good thing was the outdoor which was clean and the surroundings were peaceful as you always have in the Konkan zone.

Clean rooms, near to shirwardhan Beach, service is OK one person Will handle all you needs, no food arrangements, bedding and toilet are clean rest all are OK you can stay with your family for a day or two.
