Worst experience of this hotel fully low category hotel, so many noise outside, water coming from windows during the rain

Good location, they did allow me early check-in, however couple of things were missing. No hot water was available. Drinking water wasn't complimentary even at time of check in. No jain food available. Overall falling just short of budget stay requirements
Staff not wearing mask, no temperature checks done. Cleanliness could have been better
