A Wonderful Stay Amidst Nature – Second Visit! This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was a great experience. I booked both times through MakeMyTrip. The hotel is located inside a bird sanctuary, which makes it a paradise for bird lovers and nature enthusiasts. There are plenty of birds around, and the entire environment is peaceful and eco-friendly. The room was very spacious, neat, and tidy – just like my previous visit. I really appreciate the cleanliness and the overall maintenance of the property. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Reception service is poor. Rooms maintenance is very bad. TV s not working in any room , AC average, food quality not good and service very late

It’s a government owned stay, services were very poor, no toiletries, we have ordered tea to our room it was not warm, we ordered Chinese food, it was unhygienic and soaked in oil. Billing experience was very pathetic. Rooms were in very bad condition. No Wi-Fi was available. Overall very bad experience.

The location is good, the rooms were decent. Unfortunately there were no landlines in the rooms and the bird sanctuary is only accessible to families, any group of friends are not allowed to enter. This should have been mentioned on the website.

dirty property. dirty restaurant tables. people left Chicken wings and bones down the table and the staff doesn't care. A typical government property for typical government officers.

main advantage is stay, bird sanctuary and dear park all are in same campus and at a walking distance. Room was neat and clean. both the room was very big having plenty of furniture/storage. Staffs are well behaved, courteous and familiar. Food was good and reasonably priced. Rooms need some minor maintenance. Overall stay was good.

Staff behaviour is not appropriate, mosquito problem in room, tv is not in working condition and water problem faced in morning

We were looking for a short gateway from city in middle of nature. The property is inside the Bird Sanctuary. Rooms were big with all amenities in the room (except coffe and tea bags). Rooms and the whole property was clean. It had ample parking place and hardly 200m from the entrance to Bird sanctuary. Resturant was satisfactory and staff were courteous. It was a peaceful stay with hardly 1 hr drive from city.

Overall good!. There is a lot of space here in delux room. In night you can experience bird chirping thats the awesome part.

Though the garden is properly maintained the building needs to be maintained properly. One big attraction is the excellent food quality, the service and behaviour of staff.

Size of room was good but Pathetic AC, exhaust fan in room, food not good.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect bird sanctuary owsm" only stayed 2 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly.

One of the best eco friendly peaceful l stay near lucknow rooms are so big with a dedicated seating area, tv fridge and everything you will be needing for the holiday. Amazing views of forest and last but not the least, the food is just so much amazing, it's so freshly prepared and served. Just overwhelmed with the experience. Hoping to stay there again

Service is poor, a. C. Room but when light gone there is no power back up for a. C. Too much hot, bedsheets are so dirty. Reception desk behaviour is also hordible. Worst experience
