room was little small but good hospitality , very clean and tidy overall good rooms to stay for a overnight. no restaurant available. situated in good spot in front of the main road.

I booked 4 Adults and 2 kids,but hotel said that I booked only 2 adults and two kids only,hence they asked me to pay extra 1000 inr.itotally disappointed with MakeMyTrip

Stay at raga-ms holiday inn was very good especially the host, mr. Mohan who was absolutely a nice person and very friendly in nature. He really understand our requirement and guided appropriately. I would re-comment this property for the stay because of below reasons. 1. Clean & neat 2. Location 3. 24hr hot water last but not least. The hospitality.

The rooms are well maintained especially the bathrooms and the manager is very courteous, located on the main road and easily accessible.

A decent place for a family stay. 1 draw back is that this stay doesn't have a lift and should be fine as long as elders are not joining the stay.

When i stayed for one night tv channels are not coming, when i asked to reactivate they said there was a relay problem. It was not working for all rooms.

Ragam, the rooms are ok they have a big parking lot but only challenge is they don’t have a amenities like attached restaurants and no nearby great hotels for lunch and dining. The owner is very courteous and helpful and very responsive. People who are planning for less stay at room and explore safari at anamalai and parambhikulam can opt for this hotel as it’s very near by to those places.

We reach late not on the actual check in time rooms where ready and neat. Next to rooms we have a nice veg mess where food is good. Totally i really enjoyed my stay and place in pollachi also very near to all the spots

This place is alternative to stay inside polachi town. Neat and clean, rooms are spacious enough and people are good, responsive.
