Hi . Rajesh this side from Chandigarh. I have stayed one night in RC palace . Order dinner steamed rice & yellow daal , as per price it’s too high or the quality of rice is so bad , my question is if you people are charging too high then quality should be at that level also . Secondly kindly recharge your TV or check before your guest entered or alloting a room to guest , is your TV is recharged or is your TV is working properly. Your front desk manager is so lazy , he is not much active as he has to be . Kindly look into this , once again request to management please have a look into your catering areas . Charges of each food items are very very high , it’s ok but then maintain the standard also up to that label. Would not recommend any body next time at all . Thnx .

It was quite a good taste of the property's food. The location was also easy to reach out. And in the facilities, I faced some trouble to get, even requested housekeeping for anything but they were responding quite late, needed them to call again for that.

The hotel was located in a quite place. The room was comfortable even though the door lock could be better for improved safety. The food was actually exceptional and the service was very courteous. Had a peaceful stay for 3 nights. I would probably stay again if we get a chance to visit the town again.
