Rooms not clean staff not available food also not good and owner behaviour not so good room service's very bed

Hotel owner denied to give room on 1st septa yo my mother and booking was already confirmed by make my trip and we stayed in other hotel with own expenses. Queens of cloud owner has cancel-led the room and not gave any refund by make my trip. I need to take legal action on make my trip. If i will not get proper solution.

Worst experience never book this hotel again. Its a loss of your money, i have booked one room with include breakfast fast and when i entered hotel there is no light inside whole night i sleep without light there is unclean blanket towel is like many of people has cleaned there shoes full of smelling in room there is damaged lock of room no tap in bathroom no flush available and after 1 hour wait morning i go to another room then self arrange water for bath and flush in toilet and even including paid money for breakfast also not provided one main thing there is no landline work i have to go down at reception for every request and there also the person is unavailable most of time 1 staff handle everything no hk no cleaner nothing available at this cheap hotel

Hotel is so bad service is low quality, ac not working, wifi not working, hotel staff drunk not taking property. 1- terrible i have never seen in my life very very bad hotel staff not leasing if anything required. Drinking alcohol. & using bad words.

No wifi no tv connection in room and no water in washroom very bad experience

There was no dining service in hotel. I was not able to get a tea even on 1st day. After 8:30 pm no tea/coffee was available. Room hot water tap was not working room electric switches was also not working intercom and wifi not working

Staff is good and quite helpful/supportive. Wifi wasn't working. Outside food was allowed, the best part!

Big name but very few amenities not even basic ones avoid stay here at the price in a small Town
Even basic amenities not there like water bottles towels for two, have one very small soap and small sachet one for two persons.

They dont have any restaurant or kitchen. Staff is very unprofessional. Unhygienic room.

Too much noise from trains coming, not well slept, breakfast serving time was from 09:30 hours onwards, so we didn't took breakfast. An average hotel.

Newly build, nice staff, need to work on food menu and other general things. Rest hotel is value for money. I would love to stay again.

Every thing is proper and it was nice experience at hotel Like in Ferozpur city.
