Terrible Stay
The location is very secluded with a very bad smell of sever all around, also the rooms are not in the living condition, gates are broken floor is dirty sheets are dirty. Staff is very rude and they don’t have even a water cooler on each floor

A terrible experience
The place located on outskirts of the vrindavan is the last option you should look forward. The hotel staff is not skilled enough, the property is not maintained and the room rent is not at all supportive of the facility provided. There was no food service and the amenities were very poorly managed. For the amount you are paying the stay is not all preferable.

Wrist booking experience ever
The hotel was highly over priced and there was no facility of air conditioner and power backup even the rooms were very uncomfortable and insecure

Only room and water supply
We got only rooms, one bulb, one fan that’s all. No power in sockets to charge phones, no power backup, no hot water facility. It is just about passing a night on bad.

We have AC , No Ac , Double bed , single bed , four beds rooms available. Also prices are according to facilities. Please check amenities before booking a room. Sir, you booked a single bed room. We have already mentioned there is no tv or geyser available in a single bed room. So it is needless to say that customers should check provided amenities first before booking a room. Single bed rooms are the cheapest rooms with low amenities. We have deluxe rooms where there are greater amenities and very obviously the price is higher. So we request you to please check for amenities available in the room before booking any hotel. We regret to listen the inconvenience caused to you. Your negative review and negligence makes wrong perception in other customers while there is no fault of the hotel.

Since you have mentioned suffocated rooms, we'll like to say that none of our rooms is suffocated. All rooms are given proper ventilation. Higher the price of the room better the amenities like air conditioning you get. You didn't book an ac room. The discomfort you faced may be due to natural humidity and heat. We also ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in our guest house. Room service is also available in case you find it not clean enough.
