Hotel staff very polite. Rooms were immaculately clean. They provided free mineral water in room. Bathroom had hot water. Hotel helped arrange cab to airport.

Good .but even after calling d reception multiple times no one came to pick up luggage from room when we vacated ..we carried all 4 bags ourselves .dat too my husband got surgery for left hand recently ...it was very difficult for me to carry luggage . I felt bad .

The hotel is brand new . They have provided for excellent facilities in the room , the rooms are cleaned everyday and even the towels are replaced . The staff is courteous

Very nice property. Very clean and modern design. Decent interiors. Spacious rooms. Good quality bath fittings. Above all, very courteous staff. Lady in reception is very polite and helpful. Service staff is friendly. Location of hotel is very Convenient near railway station.

we opted for this property during our road trip to Kerala from pune. property was maintained well. we reached there by 2am , still room boy service was there. Ample parking in Basement . we had 2cup of coffe in the morning 7am and started from there

Good room, nice ambience, cosy bed and well lighted room. Parking available, cool interior, i was not satisfied with the reception staff.

Rooms are spacious and good, comfortable room amenities were good two issues didn't get hot water -they took an hour trying to fix but failed. I could manage but in another room my old parents had to struggle to take bath in cold water 2nd issue - being in tumkur staff even reception don't know kannada. Only few knew. Deducting one star for this
