Food and location is good. Only room no. 109 is having some problem as there is a chimney outside which gives sound. On complaining they changed the room next morning.

coupleLocated on the kochi panvel highway, it’s very convenient to stop for the night. Excellent food (i had dinner and complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean and well maintained. Room service is very quick. All this at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to my friends and relatives

Bath room didnot have hot water.they give in one bucket person.bringingbfrom outsidejug and bucket were so filled with dirt felt nauseated..not worth for money you pay..but good staff.

Ac is on but not working properly. Very hot at night. Only shambo is available at bathroom no other oils, conditioner. Rate is lit-tile high. Around 2700 for ac room. Room service and food is excellent
