The contact person who spoke on phone was very rude and non cooperative and didn’t allow me to check in before 12 and didn’t cooperate. Because of him, I had to book a railway retiring room as my puja was supposed to start at 11 am. The bathroom had a faulty lock because of which it was getting locked from inside. Didn’t provide any good breakfast and proper cutlery for the same. Pathetic hotel

The hotel was good but on an emergency basis we had to leave after staying 1 night only whereas we booked room for 2 nights the policy says that money is non refundable.
