Not value for money In a three star hotel you are not getting Tea whenever you want. Even Tea is provided only when they make in bulk I.e. staled and pre cooked. Other food quality is also not up to the mark

coupleHotel isn't suitable to stay. They provide you torn bedsheets, cockroach welcomes you in room and at night mosquitoes will hamper your sleep. When we complained to the staff regarding the same they just said few cockroach will be there, we can't do anything. All the lose wirings are unsafe.

Building was good, but it's in a very lonely place, kind of residential. Lighting in corridors was insufficient, if you visit there with your spouse alone you may have chills in your spine. While having dinner they gave rs 22 water bottle in rs 32. Selling anything more than mrp is illegal.

Poor staff and dirty unsafe room

Room and fan is super dirty. In night a lot of dirt was falling from ceiling fan. Additionally rooms are pretty unsafe for kids due to loose wiring. You have to wait a lot in check in and check out. Receptionist is never available on his seat. While checking it took 45 minutes and checkout 30 minutes as well

Room was not clean, and the attendent was not there while doing checkout. Also bedsheet looks old. Morning, no water at toilet, requested a person to start the pump. Also, the intercom was not working, and no one received phone while calling.

coupleNo house-phone in the rooms. For any need either you have go physically to reception or call on hotel number. In the morning kitchen opens at 8. 30 - 9 am, till that time you will not get a cup of tea. The ac is centralised having very poor performance. Horrible experience. I think these are very small things which hotel management can improve with very less expenses & efforts. They should think on this for improvement otherwise the hotel will have experience of lodge. I hope that with my next visit i will see the improvement accordingly. All the best to hotel management
