Polo Tent City and Resort

Enjoyed our stay at Polo Tent City. Rooms are spacious. Room are also getting renovated with modern amenities. Overall excellent stay

Inside room AC not properly work and tent covering found damaged small area and staff behavioural nice and clean. All over rating average.

The stay was really nice, good traditional food with very polite staff and good service. We stayed for one day, the guided forest tour was included and the separate bonfire at night for each group was really fun.

Food is very authentic and nice. Canteen manager was taking of their guest very well. Nice peaceful place. If somebody wants to get peace away from hustle of cities, they can opt to come here.

Property was good, tracking was great, food was nice, the room was spacious but not maintained properly. No exhaust in bathroom result bad smell in entire room. The bed linen was not cleaned seems was used one. Bathroom door has no latch 😂

It is peaceful location to stay in polo forest. Alao nearby river do anyone can go and feel serenity of river and forest. Food is also good like Indian homemade taste

My stay at polo tent city was not as per what they have said, first i want to mention about food. They mentioned they will provide all meal plan, but they have served us buffet like system. Teste was not good, dining area was bad, we had to put plates in dustbin, service quality was very bad. Overall food experience was terrible. Let's come to room, tv was not working, one of the bulb was not working, hygiene not maintened, there were ants in the bathroom, no wife, n indore game place was unorganized. Overall experience was not as per what they have mentioned on their page. As my experience wasn't that good, i want refund. Waste of money.

Very poor experience. Rooms were dirty. At dinner they served sev tamato ki sabko and roti. Pathetic food. Rats were in room. Totally unprofessional 7000 was huge price for this.

When we got there our tent was not ready neither was our name in the booking list, when we finally got the tent the mosquito net was torn mosquitoes were still getting inside the bathroom had a horrible smell and the room. The room was dirty and not cleaned properly before we arrived the food was also horrible. Never staying here again and don't go here if you can find a room elsewhere

Pros: location, food, friendly staff. Cons: some tents are really dirty and not well maintained. They are short staffed so really have to chase then for getting any request fulfilled. I won’t recommend this place if you’re planning to stay for more than 2 nights.

The stay was pleasant. Ambiance was good. The tracking offered by tent city along with a guide was a great experience. Food was also good. Overpriced we enjoyed the stay.

The location is very great food is far better than any of good restaurants (10/10 for food) good outdoor games as well indoor games very helpful staff and services thrilling adventure activities 10/10 for amenities, food, services, adventure activities

Good: scenic beauty, nearby river, responsive staff, were given complimentary lunch and dinner bad: no hot water, no lock on door, not so clean room and linens, delayed breakfast, average food
