Unhygienic room. No hot water in the bathroom. No breakfast buffet filthy room glass pane dust everywhere

Location and food good but hygiene and safety not properly

Good stay Hotel Platinum, good room room size a big nice.

This is lousy and third grade hotel. Flush was not working. No toilet paper was provided despite of demanding it. No water in the tap. Anyone can imagine the level of disco fort we faced. Could not complain to the hotel since I had to check-out early and no body was seen to fix it.

Good stay, car parking is out side, staff may be more trained and educated.
More or less good, staff is not trained proper to handle the required demand, such as ice cubes, just saying is not there, not the decorum of this type of good hotel. Rest is ok.

Location of hotel seems a bit outside city area and conveyance may be a problem for new visitors, food was good I only had breakfast, service was average, it can be improved and will add to customer satisfaction.
Room was OK air-conditioner must be well maintained in advance.
Room air-conditioner was not working properly I had to call hotel staff and upon confirming my booking eligibility was started which was not running so fine. Hotel management must know booking details in advance and give facility to customer accordingly without any doubt or bothering the customer as it feels awkward.

I have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and this is one of the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I have booked breakfast plan and asked can I have breakfast at my bedroom, after promise from the on duty manager I have given a bill of INR 2800 at check out. The previous manager Was on leave and the new manager told me unrealistic reasons for the bill. I still can't understand if breakfast at bedroom was not allowed then why they have promised me the same. Makemytrip kindly remove this hotel as it doesn't suit with you goodwill in the industry.

Hotel was far from the city centre but fine. The hotel has spacious room with good AC, Good hot water and quality of food too was good. Wi-Fi facility was pathetic and Bath door didn't had handle to open or close. Otherwise a good stay.
