Hotel is situated at highway. Easily accessible. Rooms are also good. Rooms and washrooms were not clean. Also the amneties provided by them also not clean.

Room is very small, bathroom was not clean, bed sheet was not clean, customer service is average, no dedicated parking for customers. Room price is high for this hotel. overall average hotel

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay at hotel maje. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Loved the delicious food and the hotel’s convenient location. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

There were no facilities like hot water, elevator, etc, and they didn't even provide drinking water. Bath towels and bed sheets were not changed. The air conditioner was not cold. The entire bathroom had an unbearable smell. I didn't take any photos and just ran out of there.

My room was not available .They mentioned the rooms were booked before reservation .Please help in my refund initiation and it has been a horrible experience for the last minute cancellation which led to a pathetic situation

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel with staff very friendly and responsible. There is a tea and snack shop just beside which is convenient

Cons Bathroom was average. toilet tap leaking complimentary breakfast per person is only Rs100 in hotel. rest we need to pay. not sure why people call it "complimentary" then.
