Great Stay, Soothing experience, beautiful place!

The place is great. Villa is very clean. The caretaker Pundalik is very good in terms of providing service and the food is home cooked and absolutely delicious. Only problem is that the Villa has water leaking issues in the dining area. It doesn’t resemble the photos as the paint has worn out and villa seems to have aged. Since we visited during the rains, the insects were a big problem. The dining place is open and faces a lot of pest/ insects invasion during evening time. Even inside the living area you’d see insects barging in despite having everything closed. The owner must work on putting some nets/ sheets to protect against the pests invasion. Rest everything was really soothing. You’d find a lot of peace there as it’s far away from the roads. Overall an excellent stay. A must visit for a break from all the noise of the city.

familyThe villa is beautifully situated near the gautam godavari dam reservoir, a two bedroom villa with a living room and outside sitting arrangements, there is a terrace access also where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and surroundings. The food was delicious, there were 2 persons present at the villa at all times. Nilesh ( caretaker ) and subhash ( chef ) were very friendly. Nilesh and subhash were really helping and kind in nature, subhash had prepared really delicious meals for us. Our host was akash who helped us with the booking and managed the property very well. I would suggest this property is really a good deal and an amazing getaway to enjoy some peace time.

familyThe villa is an average villa and the tv, ac were not working. Even the jacuzzi is a mud jacuzzi which looked dirty as well. I think the villa just didn't do justice to the pricing. But the food served was really good.
