Horrible stay

Location was terrific. Scary at night. Food is average. You can eat everything when you are hungry. Caretaker is rude. Don’t stay there
This place is horrible in night. It is very scary at night. The caretaker is so rude. You cannot drink or eat anything in your room. He charges extra for geyser, hot water or any other thing. Don’t stay there.

Dear gaurav, we appreciate your review but you just open one side open the otherside too. Tell people you and your friend reached at 11pm and both were in drunk condition and at 11 pm you was asking for bonefire. Also in 950 rs we have provided you deluxe swiss camp for 2persons with dinner+breakfast and 2teas. We have already informed you geyser and as not included in the rates. So please don't misguide people's. Regards phct

Dear Sir, please do not gives false rating about us because you make booking on 2-3-2020 for 7-3-2020 which is a long weekend as holi is ahead welcome got lots of query for this weekend our 2camp were booked for you. On 7-3-2020 around 4pm you have confirmed us that you will reach the camp with your other 3friends by 7:30pm after your confirmation we have prepared the evening snacks and dinner for your team and other guests. At 6:30pm you have call that you will not reached to us because you are far from us and next day you have to move for Joshimath. We had already shared with you that last minute booking cancellation is not possible because food was ready. Even after that we co-operate with you and gives you option to choose another date for your camping as you like in one month we will not charge any booking fees. So please don't misguide people we have corporate alot with you. Regards, PHCT
