Terrible Stay

Review 1. There was no water in the property for 2 hrs in early morning hrs 2. Waiting time for food post order is very high , even for tea , you have to wait for 30 minutes 3. It's was hot there but no fans in the room 4. Property is in main road which is raw road so rooms and other areas are full of dust

Hi Mr. Rajkumar. We regret you had a bad experience at our property but the day you checked in, The entire Jibhi was Jam packed for around 12 Hours. Due to Global Warming yes this time for three days Jibhi was hot and table fan's were provided to you and your group during your stay. Regarding the High Ordering time, Our property was running full pack during those days and with Jam the supplies were affected. The water main Pipeline busted as a tourist hit the main supply of the village with car and it took us 30Mins to restore it back. But that was again a problem for entire village. Somethings were not in our hands that day and we regret for the inconvenience caused. We look forward to host you again and provide you with excellent experience which we provide to our each Guest. The second group which were your friends had an amazing time at our property.

Hands down to one of the best property we have ever stayed. Went there with little expections and ended our journey with full of heart. Must try their food. nutella pancake, veg pulao, raita, dal makhni, sandwiches. Parking can be a little task but that's a story of whole jibhi. Highly highly recommended.

"The perfect place from which to explore Jibhi" Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. A specialthanks to Anshu mam.,Deepak thakur sir,and the owner of the hotel who guide me rightly and perfectly.The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places .I will certainly be back."

Easy access from the main road with good parking space. The view from balcony was amazing with full view of the valley. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good and fair priced.

familyproperty is excellent with very friendly owner and staff. All your needs are met almost at realtime. Also, the reach of this property is excellent as it is on road. There was not much option for food, but whatever they had was extremely good. One thing I would recommend the homestay owner is to add TV in each room as there is nothing to do during the evening hours.
