Changed room thrice due to issues on water, power, smell. Reception response was very bad. They took 1 hr to change room

I am not staying in pearl palace, as i informed you they denied to give the room. Am staying in dev residence which you arranged after i complained and it was nice stay

Very clean room and the ambience is good. Room service is also very good. The behaviourbof staffs were good. The restaurant and bar was also good. Good place to stay in a calm environment.

They didn't provided proper service. And like bath mug, hot water and proper room service and below average hotel maintenance also not good. Door key was major i had to sit 4-5 hours outside the room the door lock card was not working they didn't had any. Master key to open door. Owner and staff very rude behaviour

Rooms are not clean, no hot water and few toiletries items which is ok for 1 person. Operating ac is very difficult. Food was ok.
