In park residency the toilet flush is not working. Water flow is low. All the metal rods in the bathroom are rusted.

The property is not a hotel, but a lodge. A walk in customer gets - ac room where booking, ended up paying + a night. Apart from this, the basic amenities like towels, soaps etc were not given. This will help you ask your team to check even for budget hotels, promise and deliver.

Rainy night stay at park regency

Reception was good, responded to our call, service was find, water heater functional that itself enough for us in that cold windy night. Restaurant was not available, some renovation work is on except that all is well for us in that short stay
