Dirty seats and smelly quilt, room doesn't have any window for air pass

Cleanliness was not as per expectation also bathrooms are not good at all fixtures are old and broken.

I book 3 nos but all 3 nos room are totally bad.

Room is good but not best. Cleanliness is not so good. Location is good.

Official should made to visit time to time when any hotels are running under them

Bad experience, even basic facilities not up-to mark, poor hygiene, no ventilation in non AC room. Pathetic condition of room.

The bed is full of bedbugs so I cancel my room night

The hotel was nice, and had a good person in changer, but there was no hygiene.

Room is ok and location is awesome

It's not god enough to stay at night. Matrices were very worst quality even they were not cleaned well. Blunkets were very worst you can't wear having small or very poor quality there like bed sheet. Not suggest anyone to stay there in Vrindavan there are some more op st like ashram Dham you can easily get room having full facility.

Stayed at this hotel when I visited Vrindavan , locality was OK type but hotel lack in basic product which should be available inside room like toiletries, towel drinking water etc.
No TV, untidy bedsheets, no drinking water inside room, no toiletries were provided.

Room is not properly cleaned. Washroom is not cleaned. The room service was very poor.

Bad experience room was very small and there is no lift facility was avail and no television in the room.

It’s good venue. Overall stay was good and value for money. The Asha ram is clean and staff is very cooperative and good. Location of the ashram is at pakrima chowk and is good venue to stay. Value for money

There was no dustbin in the room. Also TV was not there as shown in the picture. They used to provide salty water for Bath. Walls of both the Room and Bathroom were damp. From the Location point of view it was good.

No tv, partially unserviceable toilet, poor ventilation, no natural light to room. Near to iscon temple. Location is good. Lift facility available. Ro water provided for drinking water. Geyser available. However the water provided in bathroom was very salty.
