Very good hotel Service is good everyone should go for this hotel great hospitality

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and they are doing a great job towards the customers. Very good and truly amazing Hotel

If i have to describe the stay in one word it would be “horrible”. Mm t showed that the area of the room is 440 sq-ft but it wasn’t even 100 sqft. At mm t it showed that the room would have a city view but it did not have any window! the room costed me around 2100 for one night but they don’t provide any meals here. The bathroom was the worst maintained i have ever seen. The tiles weren’t cleaned for like years. There was scaling on the taps. They don’t provide even hand wash in their bathrooms! the inner walls of the room weren’t falling off from places. The room was so bad that the moment we entered my 2 year old son signal-led us to leave. My son had a face full of mosquito bites when we woke up next morning. The receptionist was sleeping on the floor at the reception area. We understood that it’s a waste of time and money here and so we least early morning as soon as we woke up.

We were on a bike trip and halted at this place for an overnight stay on the highway. The location is on the highway but was on the other side and crossing over for huge pain. Hotel is on 2nd floor. No reserved parking, though cams were installed. no food, no tea nothing available in the hotel. Area around was so filthy, all labours junction and cheap crowd. hardly any good restaurant nearby. rooms were too small and no ventilation at all. you just cant stay in rooms for any longer. we just slept somehow and got up an left. the reception guy was sleeping on floor at the reception when we left. he didn't even bother to ask us anything. water bottles given were filled with local tap water not even sealed. really worst stay.

hotel staff was not aware about the made invoice. I still have not received a computerised invoice of my booking. I need hotel invoice because need to same bill was put up in my company.

Stay is good but tap is running continuously in bathroom and bathroom is not clean properly bad sheet is not clean.

hotel shows very good, but reality no room service, hotel not working property, all hotel room vacant, no room boy, no cleaning, no people coming here, no food, bed sheet are derty, we are only person will stay here, people not understanding its working or not, the location of hotel is good

No water provided in rooms no restuarant in hotel i requested a cradle for my 15 month old baby they refused to provide as there is no ctadle facility

Kingdom of mosquitoes 1. Semi clean room and bath. Hanger breaket is own hanging. Teared towels. Perch-aged water, they are not giving drinking water. I like their nature who are managing. No voice pollution. There is tv. Ac is in working very well. Getting hot and cold water in bath. Wide room. Big big bathroom. Ok thanks

Only one working person in all hotel third class service

Return, refund the charge taken by mm t and pacific hotel kamrej, as we were refused our board. Immediate action is required by mmt. Refund our payment.

Nice to stay with proper environment and location.

They don’t give you toiletries, rude staff not cleaned at all, room stinks and the bed sheets too plus they don’t give you napkins and towels. You have to manage it or everything is chargeable so you need to pay

Me and my freind was travel-ling from ahmedabad to surat and due to night curfew because of covid had to stay in highway, the hotel is on highway and in good location but the staffs dont know any manners and rooms are horrible, could not sleep due to mosquitoes no mosquitoes repellents were provided after many requests, bed bugs and mites in the blanket, will never recommend these hotel.

We are not feeling safe, even when we entered the place and after this after they insure of our safety. Literally a bad experience. They don't even look concerned about out safety and stay. The moment we checked the room and their services, we checked out from hotel. We haven't stayed there for not even 10 minutes

Good service and nice food enjoyed leaving in this hotel always location are also good
