Paaying Regancy

Great experience. Very helpful and amazing staffs, great people i found there in pasighat. Paying regency staff were really good human being. Happy to stay there for 2 days.

Room was not cleaned, electricity was not constant most of the time there was no electricity and they use the generator for night only. Food is awful.

My flight from guwahati to pasighat was cancel-led by the airline and there was no way to reach that place, the property refused to refund even a single penny to us. This is totally unprofessional and tourist unfriendly. I understand that the booking was non-refundable but under such exceptional circumstances where flight is cancelled, there should be ways for refund of the money even if it's partial.

Stay was good, food was very nice but room amenities were lacking they had tv but no connection was available as they had some connection issues on few rooms

Rooms are neat but would have preferred wifi in the room as well. Can be improved to make it more live-able

Terrible. Very bad service. We are shifted to another hotel named hotel amy by hotel paying regency. Which is a very low standard hotel. There is no basic aminties like electricity, water etc. Also water is leaking from the roof. Bedsheets were very dirty. When tried to contact the hotel manager he didn't pick up our call. Terrible terrible experience. Please give discount. No hot water. Nothing is working in the room

Their was no light at night. We can't sleep due to hot weather and mosquito. Room was also not clear well.

Very poor accommodation with almost nothing good to write about. The linens were dirty, the bed was too small for two people (little more than 4 ‘ wide, the mattress was hard as a sandbag, dust was lying everywhere, no cloth hanger not even the basic one was there, leaking faucet, towel hanger in the bathroom was almost falling etc etc. Food in room service was miserable and awfully expensive for the quality and quantity. Service was almost non existent- it took its management 4 hours to change a pillow. Even if they assured to sort our the issue of cloth hanger and the towel hanger, they were never addressed. The reception people didn’t even behave properly. In every aspect we had a very poor experience. It was extremely poor value for our money. I wonder how this hotel was even featured. My rating for the hotel is either 0 or 1. I have sent few photos taken for our room in paying regency.

Good accommodation & good food. Service was also satisfactory. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

The behaviour of the manager and the staff is very rude and this is my first visit to pasighat when i asked about place they replied they don't know about the same.

Overall good. Staff was polite and helpful.

Food however could be improved greatly. More items should be readily available. Besides that, it was a nice experience.
