Location okay. But lake view is wrong. Hotel also not available for that place

I am a frequent traveler with MMT, my wife and 2 year kid. I have stayed at Kodaikanal, Munnar for the same budget. But I have not experienced bitter. But this Sophy is totally a big disappointment for my Wife. We stayed on 12/31/2017 & 1/1/2018 Room Type . . Deluxe. Before booking this resort, I saw the reviews that are very poor. So I called the manager and inquired about the reviews. He got anger and told that those are not true. Because of that manager angriness, I thought those are fake and still I booked Very old building. With very old interiors. With Very old house hold things. First day insects were not there but on 2nd day as mentioned in other reviews insects started coming from switch board and cot. Worst Pillow. Worst bed which is not flat. Clock was not running. Only one very low power. Shelf was very old. Power cut was there on 12/31 night 8PM for 1 hour - Resort caretaker told it is due to DJ parties in other hotels. It is fixed in 1 hour 1 power backup bulb (night lamp), after requesting they changed with good LED lamp And did not like to go back to room after sightseeing, because of the room Only good thing is you have park and the people there for service are very good and down to earth. Night Campfire they conducted with good audio system.

Only drawback is lack of lights in the room. Otherwise the room was worth the money. Distant from lake which is the main tourist attraction . . Happy with the stay .

Room service was the best. Hotel location not that good. The Manager Mr. Ismail's frequent service found to be extremely good. Would recommend for Bachelors get together

Rooms are always Good . But Foods are not available if available much better

Actually I booked through app, I booked 800 rs room, after I went there and show to them, they said that room is not available now, you take 1500rs room, after that I paid remaining amount and took, and time is around 2 am and I don't have any other options also.

Two meal free thay mentioned in voucher but they give mess bill after chuck out time . Very bad service . If they told dinner and breakfast chargeable I pay the amount . But nobody said . And in manager not answering properly . It's very poor service hotel . They spoiled mood in overday activities.
