We are 2 adults + one 5 year old looking for a weekend escape from the city's hustle, bustle. We found a perfect place in the form of Chukki Mane. It reminded me of my grandfather's native where we had house back yard with all the plants, trees, open place to play, to talk and to remind of our culture, home and a wonderful ecosystem that we had !! Many resorts/homestays we have today just think of making money without a proper purpose, reason and cause. Chukki Mane is one such place where you also spent your money for a cause and also help you unwind with a homely experience. People who expect general resort like experience with the same old jazz/rock beat moments- this is definitely not the place for you! May be its time for them to sit and think of place like this You wont be disappointed! All that we did - Bones that got rattled with a bullock cart ride- Haha, No Clanswomen pool, Eco-System greenery, simple yet delighting food, Gaganachukki, Barachukki Water Falls, Short Cycle ride, Courteous Staff (Mr. Manjunath, Mr. Chandru, Naganna, Shantharaj) - All of them gave us a memorable experience. One Constructive Thought- Swimming pool could be cleaned a little more to remove the greenish layer underneath- Found it very slippery.

Room was spacious and very clean . Location was good . Very calm environment .
