Budget hotel is at good location. Hotel room cleaning and facilities better. In facilities some improvement required like coffee, Tea maker Maintaining the Dental kits like. All staff are quite and good Co operation. Break fast was good.

NEAT AND CLEAN ROOMS WITH SUFFICIENT LIGHTING AND VENTILATION IN THE HEART OF KHAMMAM CITY.
It was horrible staying at this property. Front office not aware category of room booked by me. They tried to accommodate me in a dirty room with lot of mosquitoes. I refused to stay & contacted customer care of MMT. On intervention of MMT I got a comparatively better room to stay. Front office staff was rude & unprofessional. I do not recommend this property for others to opt.
