It was a very bad experience, price paid for AC room but hotel provided non AC room. No positive response and were giving wrong informations on call to Makemytrip representative. If it wasn't possible they should inform, I should have cancel my bookings. They promised to give AC room within 3 to 4 hrs after checking but they can't.
