The receptionist was not good, he was working for money and he did not have any knowledge of the bill. And I paid the money from my wallet, even though he was demanding money from me and for half an hour he talked to customer care and issues prob.

Very poor hotel. Please avoid this hotel, the hotel manager don't even listen to customer voice. You will get much more better hotels in davanagere. Because of medical emergency in our close family, we are forced to cancel our visit & the manager has no curtsy to give refund for cancellation. This hotel manager speaks only business & no mercy for medical emergency. My experience with this hotel manager is not good.

Cockroaches & lizards found in the room. 3. Toilet WC was in a very bad condition on cleanliness 4. No person was available to clean it for 2 days of stay 5. AC was OK The hotel offers 24h checkin-out, don't understand why Make my trip shortens it to 12h and make double the money .!
