1 Star Hotels in Chidambaram

Rooms are average though claimed as Executive rooms. Water from the shower stagnates; no lighting near the mirror for dressing up; have to remind for basics in the room; the water kettle was rusted at the bottom; phenomenal different between my stay there last time (though not through its nose diving. Location wise can't be a better hotel in the vicinity; parking of cars can be organised much better; with the available infrastructure the staff are trying their best to help customers. The breakfast is not a wide spread but has got the south Indian delicacies and there isn't any ceiling for the same. But remember to handover your complimentary breakfast card to the girl behind the counter lest she eats your head before you have your bite of breakfast. This didn't happen to me, but to a Corporator of Bengaluru Corporation.

the reception staff were non-fussy n polite making check in a smooth hassle-free 2 min procedure without any cumbersome registration paperwork n proof n that's about it

The hotel was not that good. The bathrooms were not that clean enough. Only thingsis the hotel is near to temple and bus stand. I won't say that hotel is too bad, its OK but not worth for the rate the charge.

Biggest advantage is that it's right at doorstep of boating entrance and Pichavaram bus stop. Clean room. Dinner on time was a problem because they buy it from somewhere. Also for this to of room is bit pricey. But if you stay here you can keep going for Dawn, morning and evening boating . Which is what we did. Overall good to start here

Hotel locating at on the main road, so due to traffic sounds and pollution I got disturbed. Room was very average but price is high. Good things are its close to temple so I went by walk to the temple at evening. Bath room also not that much good, its avaerage.

I always trust on MMT to book hotels online, and I am happy to book this lodge Even though it is a Lodge it does not have basic facilities. Good space clean room, best location. Thanks MMT, Its not a hotel thats why I never expect anything more than this.

I arrived at night, then also the hotel manager was cooperative for a quick check-in and telling me where can I get food in night. The hotel has an ample secured parking space with beautiful trees and flowers grown in the garden. The room was expansive and furniture just appropriate to make a comfortable stay.
