Good but hotel at this time goes in renovation but for me provide AC room in the cost of non AC. I happy but MMT team very fast service to provide me room in upgradetation so MMT provide everything is so good

No proper response from hotel management I stayed there for two nights and it was a nightmare. No electricity for one whole night and this so called hotel doesn't even have DG or ups with them. I wonder how this hotel has been listed here in make my trip.

Great stay, at this cost none of the hotels offer such facilities which include free breakfast, air conditioning etc. So much satisfied.

The experience was not satisfactory. The room was too expensive when compared with price. In short the experience was not good at all. I will not recommend this to any of my friends. There are good rooms available on OYO.

Good hotel surya and nice staff so caring good observation. But few poor service and request few cleanly room and so good restaurant and staff are supportive. And food is good and enough and nice humanity.

I booked this hotel for my family through MMT and the person at the reception denied the reservation claiming that we didn't agree on the price MMT offered. My family went back to search some other place and then after calling MMT customer care the reception guys accepted the booking. Totally unacceptable

Food is good and a bit service issue, overall is a good experience. The comfort was fine with all what have been communicated . I would recommend for this booking since the front staff is helpful enough.

Tried Home stay in North for the first time, very good location just near the lake, the backyard specially - walkable distance to van vihar vide the lake promenade. Top rated for cleanliness and overall good hospitality . Close-by to the new market and other locations. We tried home cooked food for dinner and it was pretty good - Slightly expensive though Overall recommended for those who want a quite and peaceful holiday.

Locality were good but cleanliness was not maintained properly cockroaches all over rooms and washrooms. Food not good separate tea not available.

Staff not helping nature, they won't give all facilities which is mentioned on online facilities. I booked om plaza by mistake and got worst experience now I will Preffer another place then stay on om plaza next time.

The bulbs of the room were not working properly and we had to inform the manager several times to get it fixed. Such a casual behaviour is not at all accepted from their end. The hotel is average to stay for people.

For the money you pay, this is very poor. AC not working, no door handle, poorly lit corridor, understaffed, the list just keeps on going. Although the staff were pretty well behaved, but I have to say, I recommend you to stay away from this place. The worst part is I was denied a bill at the end of my stay .

Excellent service good food and service. I stayed overnight and my train was in evening when check out time was 10am, The maneger allowed me up to after noon with out any charges. Thank you

Fake Lodge with fake name, fake location, very bad customer service. Picture and name given in portal is of some other hotel. And also worst behaviour from staff. Don't ever make booking to this lodge.

The hotel has a good restaurant. It is also at the prime location in Bhopal. This hotel is a good option if you haave to stay a couple of days. I believe this hotel would be ideal for solo travelers. If you are ever travelling to Bhopal and have to stay for one or two days, you can check this out.

The Hotel Manager was not professional. I booked hotel through your site, it was mentioned on hotel voucher that I need not to confirm for hotel booking. I reached at hotel 2000 hrs on 9aug, manager said that they wait only for 1-2 hours for bookings as check-in was 12PM, however he read that in my voucher he was not aware of that. In this scenarion my booked room may have been given to other customer if they found one what he said. The I asked him how can he book the room till the time customer have cancelled or confirm to be cancelled as customer will be charged through credit card as they have entered details and it is also written that they can deduct amount in case of "no show" accordingly if you can charge in no show then how can you give room to another customer. He said it is not charged. Now this is confusion. I went to room. It was very bad it was not prepared floor was very dirty not broom ed at all. Toilet was also not cleaned very dirty, I came back I informed to manager, he did not listen at first later said as you are late we have not prepared then I told prepare it now. He refused, again next day I told them to clean but not cleaned. Next day on 10th morning as I have exam I was ready at 0700 am and went to recption manager was not there attendant was there I told him I will vacate the room now as I have to check out at 12PM I may come late, I handed over the keys. And I told him to keep my bag at receptio I will pick up bag after I will come back. That fellow told me to keep bag in room as I need to check out since I came at 8pm so need to check out at 8PM, I told him I had booked through make my trip and it is mentioned in voucher 12pm checkin-check out. He said its not like that you can checkout at 8PM as you have come at 8PM. Still I was not convinced, but due to my exam I have to go, I went. Later I came back at 1150AM. Again manager was not there same attendant was there, again I asked him to confirm whether I have to vacate now or can stay up to 4pm, he said you have to check out at 8pm same thing again, I said you confirm from manager let me know, he said you take rest in room. I went for luunch nearby came back in half hour. Then I came down to reception at 1615 hours. Till this time from 1150 he was sleeping on first floor. Then he came and asked me why I have not checked out. I told him the same thing. Then he demanded me 75 rs. I asked him why, he told you have paid 750 at check-in as mentioned in voucher but this 75 rs is GST. I asked him why did not you took it earlier. He said it was receipt and not bill. Then he made bill and charged 750+75 Rs. I think its wrong. They create confusion and absent from duty place. Donot care to inform customer and charge later on. No room Service at all, Room was not prepared at all and refused to clean it. As it was my complsion to stay because of my exdam I did not want to lose my cool, he took advantage of the situation. The hotel must be removed from your site for booking and my amount be refunded. I felt humiliated whe in spite of me asking them 3-4 times the manager being absent from duty place is asking me in a very rude way ., Please do the needful. It was a terrific experience. I could not inform him for the late arrival due to health issue I was not in situation to call him from train as I was not feeling well and also network problem. Thanks Amit

Good Hotel to stay and very good location with good staff and good food facility.

1. Too much Mosquito, can't sleep whole night . . 2. You providing option " with breakfast" but such facility is not available. Then I ask for reimbursement and they return me Rs. 300/- for that . 3. Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner facility is not available, need to go outsite. Nearest food facility is @ 1. 5 KM away . 4. I had taken video of mosquito, which I can share with you.

Located in very bad area even Uber and Ola don’t come. Navigation as well don’t work

Was the cheapest room service in mandideep. Students can take this hotel for night basis. Not very clean although

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The services were excellent and proper assistance regarding city is provided at the front desk. Running hot water, room dining and approachability from habibganj station are the other plus for the stay

All were average .. Proper cleaning was not there, washroom door lock was not working, poor and user bedsheets etc. Was not worth at all. If you are in lurch then not bad. Should try this but if you want to say spend quality time and enjoy in hotel then try better 1.

Room was good and spacious. Cooling of room was not that good and one nice thing is that they have kitchen available inside.
