Good clean but hot water did not come. The other experience is good. Tv is not started. The fan makes a sound.

Unpleasant stay, no towels & soap provided. Twisted wc seat. They informed lift is not working. Unpainted walls. Salt coated taps & bucket totall

Hotel we stayed in, was not at all similar to what was shown in pictures, it was very dirty and expensive for its condition. was not worth the stay.

No person was available in reception. Very poor management. No proper communication with customer. Even thought the hotel was almost empty maid us to wait for getting the room cleaned which they should have done earlier. No proper response when we call reception. Tv was not working. For getting hot water we have to come all the way from room to reception. Very poor communication with customer

Expensive and rooms are big but not tidy and bathroom is worst. We have to clean the bathroom to use it. And cupboard is worst we can't put anything inside. No recharge for tv.

Cleanliness need to maintain in the hotel tey will provide only room no food available for room service you need to wait for a long time

Our stay in satyam residency was excellent we n joyed a lot thanks make my trip. Rooms are clean and good i have read other reviews and thought not to book but i have no option other lodges were full n i booked it but what i read in reviews was wrong.

I don't have any issue with amenities, safety, room, hygiene with respect to residency. But I would like to convey a message to Owner, since we had a little argument over an accommodation of extra person with us. we booked room for 4 members but we went with 5 members, I don't think 1 person doesn't make any difference to the residency with respect to stay. since we came late night on that day and we check out early morning..Nevertheless we haven't used their bathrooms to bath or any other amenities...also we didn't ask for any extra room as well..byt owner doesnt agree for it and asked to pay extra Rs.500 for that extra one person and we tried to explain this to the owner that we're OK to adjust in the same room for all 5 members or at least we'll pay 300 for that but he didn't agree and he just told that "we're not here to do service and we're not doing service to anyone"...I felt really bad with these words since we came for holy place as a pilgrims but these kind of words really hurts...I always recommend others not to go with any extra persons since everything is business.
