Good hotel but bad services

I had an average time in this New Ajanta Lodging. During my stay, there was some voltage issue due to which fans and geysers were not working as they should have and we did not get any hot water but even though after calling the reception multiple times, they did not resolve the issue. The cleanliness was a good part of the New Ajanta Lodging.
