Room condition: The room looked nothing like the photos — dirty sheets, smelly curtains, and a filthy bathroom with leaking taps and standing water on the floor. Cleanliness: Cockroaches and bugs were crawling around. Dust and stains everywhere — clearly, they hadn’t cleaned properly in weeks. Staff behavior: The staff was rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. When I complained about the hygiene and facilities, they argued instead of solving the issue. The reception team was disrespectful and had zero sense of hospitality. wrong advertising: The website claimed free Wi-Fi, working AC, and hot water 24/7 — none of which worked. The swimming pool and gym were either closed or unusable. Food quality: The food was poorly cooked and unhygienic. It smelled bad and tasted worse — honestly unsafe to eat. Safety & comfort: The door locks barely worked, and there was constant noise late at night. It didn’t feel safe staying there. Customer support: When I asked for a refund or compensation, the manager simply ignored me. No response to calls or emails afterward.

It was terrible stay there.Booked deluxe room but got staff room actually all the room was booked already but when the booking have been completed the hotel staff provides one room which is on the room without washroom who actually built for staff. One washroom on the roof for common.
