The location of the hotel was very good The furnishings inside the room were fine, but the bathroom drainage was not proper.The management of the hotel was very poor.Breakfast was included in the room rent But the name was not included breakfast list in the restaurant.

Stay was plesant. Hotel is at walkable distancr from the railway station. All staffs including guard, cleaning staff are good and hospitable. Restaurant food is also good. Except minor issues like TV was not getting signal and Geyser was not working. Rest the stay was good.

Room was okay, bathroom water was clogged, bed was hard, hospitality was fine

Cleanliness around the welcome desk and better room service for food odered is expected.

The hotel has the basic infrastructure of a good hotel but extremely unprofessional staff. Maintenance of the facilities very iffy. One night we stayed , there was no power for well over 3 hours at night...No fan leave alone air conditioning. But the location is awesome, right outside the Railway station....needs a lot improvement....

Building looks very bad and different from picture on website. Room had to be changed twice for one night stay. There is no tea kit in room which is considered as basic need. TV set not functional as tatasky was not installed

This is the 4th time I am traveling to gaya for company visit. And I always choose this hotel, reason it's new to station, and I want to mention why I always choose this hotel, though the facilities needs to be improve. But in reception there is Jaykishan bhaiya.. he is so helpfully.. and he make me feel extremely safe there.. for single woman to travel and staying alone.. safety is the major concern. Because of Mr. Jai, my experience is very good. He is always there to help, always receive call and respond.. solve the issue.. and make me feel extremely safe and secure.

I had taken the deluxe double bed room was good clean maintained clean washrooms hot water facility drinking water and nice AC working clean amenities toiletries provided ,had thali at dinner in restaurant nice food taste, I was traveling solo for office visit ,plus point near to railway station, also secure ,about room space it is spacious rooms, would recommend business travels and family too can book the hotel rooms for stay it's my experience again if you want you can check rooms before the check in , would thanks the hotels staff for there service, I will visit again with family it was good stay at the hotel, I have also checked review on Google then taken room here. overall good.

Hotel Staff was rude, they don't even know how to talk. They even charged me for RO drinking water. Worst service !!

Close to the station and has proximity to everything in walking distance. Excellent staff. The manager Jai Kishan ji is too good. Our train was late. He was very kind to let us stay much beyond the check out time without charging anything extra. That was such a nice gesture. Thank you Jai Kishan ji

Comfortable and hygienic stay. Location of the property is an advantage

Worst hotel i never stayed in my life. No clean, no bed sheets are cleaned. And there were ants on the bed which bit my daughter and body was rashes

Hotel is located just a minute walk from Gaya Railway Junction. Rooms are big but in terms of cleanliness & service it’s zero. They don’t provide any in room water also. No toiletries & very towels are so dirty that of no use.

Hotel is good. But proper care should be taken for maintenance of room & toilets, which should be renovated time to time. Hotel manager is directly involve with the broker for booking of hired vehicle. He is taking addl 30% charges extra from Hotel customers towards hiring of vehicles which is 35% more than the actual fare/ market price. With regards. PkSethy 🙏

This is a very good property, but pay a little attention to the maintenance and decorate the reception area a bit, the staff is good, service is also good, if this hotel is maintained well then it will be rated as a good hotel in Gaya.
