IT is in a serene atmosphere and is maintained cleanly. The property manager and other staff are helpful

The room is poorly maintained. There is no lift to go to higher floors. There was some difficulty in locating the property. The door lock is falling apart. The bathroom is not kept tidy.

The staff is good but unless we ask they didn't provide a proper blanket, soap anything. They need improvement in maintaining property

The hotel is in a very convenient location. There’s enough space for parking too. It has all the things needed to make it a grand hotel, but they have not put the efforts to make it one. When it comes to the room. The toilets are small and didn’t have robe hooks inside. The rooms have basic infrastructure and nothing much to talk about. For the price point the hotel is good.

Hotel is good but non smoking rooms only & no food facilities.

we took a look at the room and decided we would not check-in! the sheets were stained and crumpled at places. when asked if this is a cleaned room, the manager said yes! I hope they refund my booking amount.

I have come here to check in. The room is not what it is showing in the booking. I am not even checking in

Hotel raj residency, banglore is cosy, comfortable place to stay. Staff is very cooperative. Only they don't have restaurant.

Ac not working properly wash room spar y jet knob broken only providing bath soap no others like dental kit, comb etc

One of the better options in the area. Basic but clean and spacious. Not expensive, value for money.

The overall ambience and hospitality is very good. Since it's a new hotel there is still lots of work being done towards improving the infrastructure. Once that is completed will be an excellent venue.

The room is larger. Cot is at good height. Bed and bedspread and pillows are neat, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Money spent for the stay is worth it. Property is on the four lane highway of hyderabad and bengaluru. Easy access

It was short stay. Near to the temple but very expensive for the kind of facilities. Too small room cramped.

It's feel good as i inform about late check inn. They support us for this late night 2 am. It's feel very comfortable

It is easily accessible from highway, close enough for nearby sightseeing places, general cleanliness is good, descent for a stop over on long journeys.

I stayed with family. Room was clean and spacious. Well managed staffs. Good for families.
