Great Experience good quality food clean room and also well behaviour of staff. Near to railway station

My overall experience at the hotel was average. When I arrived for an early check-in, they initially gave me a small room instead of the large room I had booked. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark. Later in the evening, they changed the room to the correct large one, but even then, the cleanliness remained unsatisfactory. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was not very professional or friendly, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the food taste was good. However, I noticed an unpleasant smell in the water glass, resembling fish, which was quite off-putting and made me feel like vomiting.

We checked in late and child was mentioned in the booking. Though still they claimed child hasn’t been added to the booking. We ordered breakfast and five members left for the ceremony we had come for. Their food was served in the room. And when we ordered food we were asked that we are ordering again! Never ever we are booking this hotel again. We would prefer not staying at all rather than this.

Amazing staff.. owner himself is managing everything, so every aspect of stay has been taken care. small but very nice rooms, nice furniture, classic bathroom with jaguar fittings. very tasty food. everything is absolutely neat and clean. walking dostance from railway station. highly recommended
