Mehar's Hotel

Terrible experience, mm t was not even aware that the property doesn't exist any more. And then i, my wife and my friend with his wife had to spent the night at a bus stop. Zero support from mmt.

Staff is good but needs to improve construction. Its very old and needs a lot of improvement

Rooms are not so good but food is to good

Location is good, historic building with all basic necessities and very good food service.

They are telling that there is no booking by make my trip. We are not received any booking

Since it's a heritage property so people get attracted to stay here. Rooms are big but with zero maintenance. The bed washroom is so awful can't say. They charged us more for 2 nights with no WiFi, no clean sheets and no proper clean washroom. Just the views were good from room. At night it's a disaster since the people staying above you even if they sneeze you can hear them. No privacy for either tourists parties. They should do some maintenance on this parts. Rest location is 5 minute walk from Gandhi chawk.

Never chose this hotel there are much better options in same price. Staff behaviour is very rude. Rooms are also very very untidy and insects are there. Infection is very obvious to the kids.

The Hotel is located right next to the Gandhi Chowk market, the best place to hang out at night in Dalhousie. Rooms were clean though they seemed to be of a prehistoric period.

The hotel manager does not know even how to speak with customers. He and the staff are arrogant, rude and have no speaking ethics. Rest about the hotel, the least said the better. It should be immediately taken of the company list of hotels, after all the customer experience also matters for enhancing or eroding the reputation of MakeMyTrip also.

Great place to stay great location excellent stay at very cheap price. Price wise no match of the hotel ambience. I will always stay in this hotel whenever I come to Dalhousie.

It is a hotel completely made from wood. If anyone walked then it made a lot of sound. That was very uncomfortable.
Rooms are very old and untidy. Bedsheet, blanket were also smelly and old.

Location is best. Near to mall road. All facilities found near to hotel. need to redevelop.
Hotel is too big but need to redevelop. Four wheeler parking is not available. Hotel should manage parking in their own premises not in pay and park.

This is the worst hotel in Dalhousie it is the best place for animal. Why MakeMyTrip is recommending this type of hotel to tourist? The bathroom is not so clean and also the bathroom materials are not clean. The blankets given to us are not cleaned before giving to us and also an insect bite incident happened because of the blanket. Very disappointed by these things and also it really needs improvement. The flooring of the room is too bad, it feels like it will break and we will fall.

Room and locality is okay but their food quality was very poor. The staff is quite lazy and they charges rupees 400 extra for room heater. They have not kettle for warm water. Very old Construction building
