The ambiance was good but poor service.. intercom was not working.... less staff.. overall, I am not satisfied with this resort.. Thanks

By Auto, everything is average. The toilet experience is poor. Everyone like security or room service personnel wants tips 🤣🤣 As we had booked the room previously through Make My Trip app, that's why they had given room according to their choice. In that room the door lock was not in proper condition, the wash room was not clean. The overall experience was not good. Avarage

It's a wonderful see sight hotel with swimming pool and good connectivity. Best for holidays.

Rooms smells bad at first so we call the boy & he do this properly,, Ac working good but blankets are dirty,, All over the room review is ok ok type

Room was decent food is good and staff behaviour very good overall experience was very nice.

1. Geyser was not provide even after paying for one night 2. Flush was broken, toiletries were not provided, bucket n mug was so nasty couldn't use it 3. Room was small, shavy, wall was covered by paan pik 4. Food was okay

The rooms were average for the price, rooms lack basic amenities. The food ordered from the restaurant was good especially the local seafood.

The property is located at a good place in mondarmani. The staffs are well mannered and co operative. Food is of very good quality and hygienic. Car parking is also very nice and the hotel is pet friendly. We enjoyed a lot.

Fantastic support and well staff behaviour especially mr. Deb who used to take care all guests. Food is healthy as well as tasty. Sea beach only 50 meter. Would recommend others to stay here and enjoy with family, friends and relatives.

Poor room quality food rate is high no sea font room bathroom is not good

The location was very good. It was near mandarmani bus stand and kali mandir market. The beach was very close to the resort. Since the room that was given to us was at the ground floor, sea view was not available, however from balconies of other rooms at the 1st floor onwards, it was available. The resort had a good seating place and swings. Talking about the stay, the condition of the room was bad, the door was slightly broken. Bed, pillows, sofa and curtains were not very clean. Geyser was not available in our room. The room was not hygienic, there were house-flies in the room. Switch boards were not in a good condition. The only good thing about the stay was the taste of the food, however, they didn't seal the food before delivering it to the room. Overall, the experience was average, it was not value money, will not recommend this resort to be honest.

The hotel was so clean and hygienic mostly the food quality was awesome and there was a person name deb da is a awsome

Food is quite good, the location is also very good. Its on the beach nearly. Just few steps and you will be on the beach

The bedsheets were dirty. Also beds have bedbugs. We got special dumpster view from balcony

1. We reached on 12. 30 pm at hotel's gate. Gate was locked and no body was there to intertain us. 2. Room was dirty, staff behavior was also rude, bathroom was terrible.

Food quality tasteful, staff behaviour polite, overall location fine, and best thing is that mr sidharth sen is a very nice, well behaved person.

#make my trip when i mentioned 4 person they booked 2 rooms. And i paid extra 2500 unnecessarily and the hotel did not refund the amount. There is no sea or bay view all lie. Mattress stings, dirty pillows. Mm t return my money.
