I found ma-hi mid-as to be a very comfortable and beautiful place to stay in vadakara. The host was very polite and helpful and friendly and always available on the phone. The building is beautiful and calm although it is in the middle of the town. Do not expect room service as this is not a Mahimidas Homestay | Rooms & Wi-Fi. It works more like an airbnb-perfect for travelers who want to bunk for the night and take care of themselves, but in case you need something, the host is available. As a solo woman traveler, i strongly recommend this place to others like me!
