Hotel not luxury and not good for living. The reception desk person is not available anytime if any hesitation hotel boy said "manager nahi hai mobile yahi chhodke gay e " ac not working fan not working.

Extremely unfriendly front office. Very poorly maintained rooms. Not even a dustbin in the room. Toilet has not been cleaned for ages. No provision for breakfast despite the fact that breakfast was included in the booking. No bell hop to even carry luggage from the room. In short a very pathetic hotel

I asked for a hotel in chaibasa. You showed in luxury inn and the hotel was 30 km away. Yet yet travel-led 30 km but hotel is horrible, mosquito/ no drinking water. Breakfast not served though we have paid for you. Make my trip has technically cheated me this time. Improve your search command as we trust your engine. Booking in other city 30 km away is absolute bad.

Spent 3 nights only. Location was in middle of market, easy to reach anywhere. Service was pathetic and behavior was very casual. Intercom facilities were not working, asked for water multiple number of times.

I got a corporate booking in premium room. The room is quite spacious but there is no cupboards. No intercom so if u need to call to reception take your mobile n dial the number. No drawers to use. No kitchen in hotel so they bring idly vada from outside for complimentary breakfast. The hotel is new and lot of things yet to be added to make it a proper hotel. Pros Spacious room. Car parking in the compound. Con- No intercom No cupboards No kitchen No drawers Only one plug points. But for Chakradharpur it maybe a good hotel.

10 minutes distance from railway station. Market and ATMs nearby. Local areas a bit dusty, but room and cleanliness is good. No restaurant, but they provide food from restaurants. It takes a bit of time.
